The cabin is completely furnished and will come with the 6 wheeled ARGO (2 passenger) all terrain vehicle and comes with tracks to use with it in the winter or without in the summer. Will also come with 2 generators for backup power but used for the submersible water pump that is at the bottom of the 125 foot deep well. Water is pumped directly into a 350 gallon tank located in the crawl space under the cabin. A small RV water pump then circulates the water within the cabin. The cabin as a 12 volt electrical system powered by 4 solar panels and 8 batteries. The lights in the cabin are similar to lights found on boats which do not use much electricity. The cabin is also wired for 120v and is equipped with an inverter which provides enough power to run a vacuum cleaner, computer, and television which received up to 14 channels with a small indoor antenna. There is service for cell phones on the property and in the cabin. The cabin has a 30 gallon gas hot water heater, a wall heater, and a small gas stove which run on propane from the 500 gallon propane tank. The primary source of heat for the cabin is a Blaze Queen wood burning stove. There is a single car garage, storage room, and two insulated horse stalls in the out building. There are paddocks attached to the stalls so that the horses can go in and out at will. There is no electricity in the outbuilding.
