The 154 acres is divided into 7 parcels with large granite boulder formations, Aspen groves, a creek and several ponds doting the landscape. Being halfway between Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks, the Axelson's discovered, with a little advertising, they could rent their facilities to traveling tourists, creating a resort location for all seasons.
